Head to McKenzie Meadows for your spring golf technique tune-up and for a delicious Easter brunch.
If you want to improve your golf swing, then sign up for the McKenzie Meadows annual Spring Swing Tune Up taught by Canadian PGA staff. You’ll learn and practice series of drills and exercises to help you become physically ready and develop skillful performance. The proper technique will become natural enough that you’ll be able to focus on striking the ball toward the intended target instead of focusing on your body movements.
The course consists of
- stretching muscle groups that are specifically used in golf
- learning the fundamentals of swing motion
- practicing swing specific drills and exercises
- ball striking on the driving range (weather permitting)
- video analysis
Each class is limited to a low student teacher ratio of 10:1 to provide you with plenty of interaction with the teacher. Registration has already closed for some of the classes, so don’t delay in signing up! Follow this link and click the “Spring Tune Up” tab for more information and to register.
McKenzie Meadows is also introducing a new technology to help you hone your golf skills. The FLIGHTSCOPE Launch Monitor captures data from your ball flight and swing. The PGA Golf Professionals at McKenzie Meadows will use the facts they learn from Flightscope’s Doppler radar to help you maximize your potential.
McKenzie Meadows is again presenting a mouth-watering buffet brunch on Easter from 9m to 3pm. The cost for adults is $21, the cost for children under 12 is $9, and the cost for seniors (over 55) is $15. Registration is required. Contact Paul McGowan at 403-257-3734 or email@example.com. You won’t want to miss it!
