Our Team

Like the community we serve, the people at CMI Publishing are passionate about the great outdoors.

Bob Harris Head Shot croppedBob Harris
was born, raised and educated in Saskatchewan. He met his wife in Saskatoon where they started a family. In 1993 they packed their bags and joined what was at the time, and had been for decades, a migration to Alberta. They settled in south Calgary and have lived close to Fish Creek Provincial Park ever since. Hardly a day goes by when Bob is not in the park or walking on the now paved pathway along the ridge overlooking the park.  Perhaps it is his Dutch heritage, but he loves to ride his bike in the park and along the pathways in the city, especially those close to the waterways. His wife shares his love of nature and you’ll often see them riding the paths together.

Anne PayneAnne Payne is the new editor of Experience Calgary’s Parks ‘n Paths. Anne is excited to be involved in the expanded version of this publication!

ourteam2Kelly Shultz – My life perspective has been enriched by Canada’s mountain parks. Having grown up in Golden, BC, in the middle of some of the most stunning natural scenery in the world, the beauty of Canada is my life. Since 2007, this has been enhanced with my involvement on the CMI Team and promoting Canada’s wild beauty. I have observed up close Grizzly & Black bears with cubs, wolves, coyotes, deer, elk, moose and mountain goats. Tourist accessibility and wildlife preservation are enhanced by Canada’s improved road and wildlife overpass systems. Come and enjoy the best the world has to offer.

Adrienne Albrecht earned her CPA/CMA designation in 2002 and has worked for both public and private companies in a variety of industries including Oil and Gas, Aviation, and Speaker Management. When not crunching numbers, Adrienne spends her time shuttling kids or in a hot yoga or spin class. She enjoys hiking, skiing, family road trips and travelling to sunny destinations. Adrienne lives in Calgary with her husband, three kids and their pet bunny “Bruce.”

Dale Shultz - lo resDale Schultz grew up in Golden, a small town in the heart of the mountain parks. His love for activities in the mountains developed at an early age and has only grown over time. Hiking, camping, berry picking, biking are among the mountain activities still enjoyed for long periods each year. As a resident of Kelowna now it has become possible for Dale to enjoy a wide variety of mountain experiences in the vast network of provincial and national parks throughout the whole region. He is looking forward to many more years of enjoying and sharing his love of mountain experiences with others.
